The service is offered on a pre-paid basis. You will pay $25 as a start up pre-paid balance. Your pre-paid balance decreases as you use the service. When your balance drops below $15, we will invoice you another $25 to top up the balance. Thus you will have time to pay before the balance drops to zero. The pre-paid balance remains your money until you use it. We will refund the remaining balance when you terminate the service. Your commitment is on a month-by-month basis. For the first 10 hours in the month, unused time cannot be rolled over to the next months. Calendar months are used. |
D2 - Flat Rate Plan - For the heavy users.

The usage regulations are required to let us serve all the users fairly. The service is offered on a pre-paid basis. You will pay by the quarter - $66 per quarter. If you want, you can pay by the month at $25 per month. Or you can pay by the year to save - $250 per year. The payment arrangement is designed to save processing cost. Your commitment is on a month-by-month basis. When you close your account, all unused full months will be refunded. |
